So, someone may have pointed this out before and I missed it, but:

Anyone else find it interesting that the flaming portal was orange when it was gigantic and at full power while it was blue when it was small and weaker? Who are two fire-based Sins that happen to represent those colors? Hmmm...

Given that we've been given symbolism before in the show such as the moon representing Blitz in "Just Looks My Way," having the portal be those colors to represent the power levels (at least comparatively) between Satan and Ozzie wouldn't be surprising. To me, it could have very well been foreshadowing what was to come of the trial with Viv possibly doing this because she predicted the discourse/hate that'd be directed at Ozzie for not fighting Satan, so she went with this visual to indicate that stark difference/how unmatched a fight that would have been; she has after all predicted such discourse at other times too such as with "Apology Tour" where it was specifically put in the description of the episode that Stolas doesn't realize some things yet because she knew some people would expect instant results despite "The Full Moon" literally taking place the night before as well as this episode primarily was for Blitz to have his clarity on how he's hurt people more than how Stolas has hurt people. :/

Also, just to nip it in the bud, since Blitz doesn't seem to know how to use the grimoire, meaning he would have had to take the elevator down to Lust combined with the fact that Wrath and Lust are not next to each other, the color of the portal doesn't seem to represent the ring Blitz is currently in or else it would have transitioned to yellow if he was going down a level from Wrath or would have started out green to represent Greed before making it down to Lust. :/

Also:

I find it funny that the portal turned to the blue one after "Kinks" got mentioned because even though I know it's a common term when referring to there being a problem with something, if the color was done on purpose to refer to Ozzie, it makes the term even more apt. ;) XD

Hey I just found the Saint Vaggie AU and as I was looking in the comments I saw one with D.H.O.R.K.S so can we get more of how they interact with The Order and the orphanage in this au pls.

The D.H.O.R.K.S., and the CHERUBS specifically, perhaps seeing a way to dethrone the Order of St. Vagatha and earn their way back into Heaven, start trying to sabotage Vaggie. They make deepfakes of her terrorizing children, try to convince Earthlings that since she’s the bride of Lucifer’s daughter she’s an evil spirit, and just create awful photoshopped images of her supposedly doing horrible things. Cletus even dresses up as a child and superimposes himself on an image of Vaggie using her spear to make it look like she’s stabbing him through the heart.

None of it works, though, and it even backfires when one of the cannibal kids records them talking about their plans and shows it to Rosie, who shows Carmilla. Carmilla is furious. She and Sera start to go after them, when Sera makes a portal to Earth, but they go into hiding for a while until the drama dies down. Unfortunately, they’re not going back to Heaven any time soon.

You finally think you have them cornered only for an eldritch horror to reanimate your coworkers corpses to summon himself into your realm and possess your only remaining coworker. You probably piss yourself a little bit, but that's the least of your worries.

Then that eldritch horror turns into a gay owl who giggles at the word "kooks" and starts making out with his booty call right in front of you.

You somehow develop a furry kink centered on one of the demons who you watched literally bite the head off your coworker because really, how else are you supposed to psychologically process any of this.

also, "you fucks think you can do this every time-" feels not just like it's about the wider class issues in hell, but maybe like it's personal (potentially with verosika? although it does seem like it's canon that he had more than a little bit of a hand in ending that relationship, so could just be him echoing everything he's been seeing in the treatment of imps and putting that onto stolas in this moment)

and then "thank you blitz, for making me so happy, even for a little while" is during this moment too. lot of teasers for how this is gonna go down (badly, upsettingly, emotionally)

the whole "do you feel any remorse for what you do" feels like a misdirect -- that is, it's edited to look like it's about blitz, but i feel like it's directed at stella or her brother

no barbie, no striker, no crimson, no asmodeus (directly, although his imagery is everywhere + fizz and mammon appear), no paimon -- this not to say none of them will show up, but am enjoying that a lot of this is clearly pulling from s1, with the focus on verosika, DHORKS, and CHERUB -- potentially a lot of the s2 villains need some time to lick their wounds a bit (and paimon was never a Villain, just a terrible parent... if he ever returns though...)

and barbie... i do want to see barbie again soonish ngl, she needs some proper introducing, but this is already giving so much callback and continuation of immediate plot-threads, very excited

Random little ‘fridge logic’ thought: Has anyone else looked at the house Verosika is throwing the ‘Blitzo Sucks!’ party in and wondered; ‘just who owns this house?’

Like I know the answer some people might come to is something like ‘Verosika seduced/mind-controlled whoever owns it and has them stuffed in a closet and/or basement’.

But you know, I think Verosika probably just owns this house HERSELF. Like we know from Spring Broken that Verosika’s human-sona is apparently a known celebrity in the human world. Meaning that she likely has a full-fledged human cover-identity to go along with it. So is it so surprising that at some point she would have just bought a house herself? Especially given that she’s been apparently throwing these ‘Blitzo Sucks’ parties for a number of years now.

And I think that could be a really neat bit of world-building, you know?

From everything we’ve seen and heard, it looks like a lot of succubi/incubi and demons in general do regular business in the human world. And with asmodean crystals and likely other devices/spells capable of providing a human disguise, it makes perfect sense that many of those demons would have cover-identities to go along with them.

So like, how deeply entrenched into human society have demons become in the Hellaverse? I feel like there’s going to be a pretty fun answer to that at some point down the line.

Also, I fully expect that the D.H.O.R.K.S. have not a fucking CLUE about ANY of this. As in, thanks to Blitzo, Moxxie and Millie generally fucking around, D.H.O.R.K.S. actually have NO IDEA that flawless human disguises are in a thing in common use by demons and probably just assumed that Loona’s disguise was just a thing she could do. Probably assumed that she’s a werewolf.

What if Collin had a crush on an angel who has 4 or 5 eyes on their face and has 4 arms who is kind of the butt of people's jokes? The reason she isn't an exterminator because she's too nice for her own good which gives people to take advantage of her as she desperately wants friends who chooses the wrong people to hang out with. Those friends of hers boss the angel around who does their work for them as they take credit for it and runs errands for them.

Collin's crush sounds so cute and sweet! 😭😭 (This sounds like Molly in my head, due to the multiple eyes and arms. Is it Molly?!)

Collin is so sweet, despite being a member of the CHERUBS. He's kind and gentle at heart and doesn't want to hurt anyone. He'd probably be shy about approaching this girl at first; afraid she's out of his league. He's just a cherub! But once he sees she's struggling and being taken advantage of by her friends, he'd pull her aside and tell her she doesn't have to do things for people just to make them like her. He likes her just the way she is!

His crush is initially skeptical at first; she's always thought of Collin as a shy and nerdy guy who usually keeps to himself, but she loves that he's concerned for her. But they soon become good friends, and are frequently seen together in Heaven. They form their own group of friends, and she ditches the ones who wronged her.

Collin is still too nervous to admit his feelings; he's just so happy to be able to spend time with her. He doesn't think his feelings could ever be reciprocated, so he keeps them to himself. Eventually, though, his crush is the one to admit her feelings to him. He's so happy, and they are a couple from that day forward.

(This is happening after Collin somehow earns his way back into Heaven. I'm not leaving his girl high and dry because the CHERUBS got banished to Earth!)
